Some of the best ideas from group therapy — made simple and quiet enough for everyday life.
Gratitude Club is a small, therapy-inspired support group where members reflect on their daily life, share what’s working, and stay connected to what matters most.
You’ll write short reflections — not alone, but alongside others who are also trying to live with more care, depth, and balance.
The idea is simple:
Notice one thing that went even a little bit well today. Then reflect — how did you contribute to it?
This practice draws on journaling, gratitude, mood tracking, and therapeutic reflection — and helps you build more clarity and calm over time.
Only paying members can contribute reflections. If you cancel, you’ll still keep access to your past entries.
Perfect if you:
• have been in therapy
• want to make small, steady changes
• value a slower, more thoughtful way of growing
